The film brings together a team of antiheroes, including Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and U.S. Agent. They are assembled by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine for a perilous mission that forces them to confront their pasts and seek redemption.
